While using Black Temple, you agree not to:

• Use any hacks, bots, or third-party automation software
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain

• Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items
• Impersonate staff members or other players
• Spam or advertise in any form

4. Donations & Purchases

All donations are voluntary contributions to support server operations. In-game benefits received are tokens of appreciation. All transactions are final. Please review our Refund Policy for exceptions.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Banned accounts forfeit all in-game items, currency, and donation benefits without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Black Temple is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including data loss, account issues, or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced on our website and Discord.
